The upright arm of the Panosaurus 2.0 allows the user to mount the upper horizontal arm in two locations.  The upper position (pictured) and midway down the arm.  The lower position enables the head to achieve maximum stability when attempting to shoot in windy situations.  40 degrees of vertical tilt in the up position can be achieved in the lower mounting level.

  The camera mounting block travels down the upper horizontal arm by releasing the tension on 2 set screws.   The camera can be quickly removed with a few turns of a screw as well.

The vertical tilt of the Panosaurus 2.0 is controlled by a single clamping knob.  The amount of tilt is read through a small hole directly above the clamping knob. 

    The Panosaurus 2.0 is a fully spherical head.  This means it can tilt 90 degrees up or 90 degrees down when mounted in the upper position on the head.
